Installation Instructions:

Place all files onto your web server in the appropriate folder.  Once the files are uploaded to the server navigate to the install.php file on your web browser.

http://www.yourdomain.com/install.php

where yourdomain is replaced with the proper URL.

Complete the form and the database tables will be created along with the mysqlconf.php file.  DO NOT REFRESH, as it will override your databases.

It is recommended that you remove or archive the install.php file after running it.
